We look at your total spending in the last 12 months on a rolling basis — meaning it updates continuously, not just at the start of each year.
When does my tier activate?
Your tier is updated automatically once your cumulative spend crosses a threshold. You'll enjoy your new discount from that point forward.
Can I use my Circle discount with a promo code?
No — Circle tier rewards are not stackable with other promotional codes. One discount applies per order.
What happens if my spend drops below my tier?
Heritage members lock in 15% off for a full 12-month period. For Seedling and Bloom tiers, your tier reflects your rolling 12-month spend in real time.
